Who we supply.
Novelty supports brand owners, wholesalers, chain and craft retailers, boutiques and online sellers using Etsy, Amazon or Shopify. Product development, production coordination, packaging and shipment are agreed for the category, quantity, market and delivery plan. The Hong Kong entity handles customer contracts and the Yiwu entity handles business operations and production.
Beads start at 200 strands, bags or cards per colour; the quotation specifies the complete supply unit and any pack count. Jewelry starts at 100 finished pieces per SKU and DIY kits at 100 complete kits per SKU, counted separately by colour, size or design. Other product categories and any higher minimums are confirmed against the specification.

Etsy, Amazon and Shopify sellers
Category-specific first-order quantities, private-label development, barcode or FNSKU coordination and agreed retail packing. Delivery to a nominated warehouse or fulfilment centre is quoted against its booking, labelling and carton requirements.
Boutiques and craft retailers
Focused assortments, seasonal resets and shelf-ready presentation for independent boutiques and craft stores. Mixed assortments can help a smaller programme cover more of the shelf without losing SKU-level control.
Chain retail and licensed-product businesses
Structured approvals, product and packaging specifications, testing coordination, pack-out instructions and shipment records for repeatable retail programmes. For licensed merchandise, the customer licensee must provide the relevant written manufacturing authorization, approved artwork and approval requirements before production release.
For Etsy, Shopify and other inventory-holding brands
Standard jewelry orders start at 100 finished pieces per SKU. Each colour, size or design counts separately. One design in two colours is two SKUs: normally 100 finished pieces in each colour, or 200 pieces in total. Tooling, specialised materials, finishes and complex packaging may require a higher minimum.
- Define the first range: list each design, colour, size, target market and quantity rather than one combined collection quantity.
- Confirm the development route: available construction, approved adaptation or full custom work, with sample and tooling charges separated.
- Approve the retail pack: product count, artwork, card or box, barcode/SKU labels and carton plan; custom packaging has its own quoted quantity conditions.
- Agree the handover: nominate your warehouse or fulfilment centre and provide its receiving, booking, labelling and carton instructions.
Novelty supports the agreed B2B product programme. Platform integration, inventory synchronisation and single-consumer fulfilment require a separate written scope. Etsy, Amazon and Shopify are selling channels, not identified customers or endorsers of Novelty.

WHOLESALERS & DROPSHIPPING
Clarify who holds inventory and fulfils the order.
For wholesalers, we quote bulk lots, quantity tiers and consolidated multi-category shipments. The product can arrive in bulk packaging or in private-label retail packs according to the customer’s distribution model.
Novelty does not present itself as a single-item consumer dropshipper. For dropshipping businesses, we supply the wholesaler or brand that holds and fulfils inventory, or we agree a separate business-to-business fulfilment scope in writing.
INTERNATIONAL BUYING
Production is in Yiwu; delivery terms are agreed by programme.
We can quote EXW, FOB or DDP where the route and destination allow it. Under DDP, the quotation identifies the named delivery point and included transport and duty scope. Your team still approves the product classification, commercial documents and any importer-specific requirements before shipment.

Australian buyers
Provide the destination postcode, receiving location, SKU quantities, packaging and required date. Product, packaging, freight and any included clearance, duty or tax scope must be identifiable in the quotation. DDP depends on the actual order and route. Review the Australia delivery quote brief.

For customer licensees: controlled manufacturing approvals
Novelty provides contract manufacturing and production coordination for customer licensees. Producing for a licensee does not give Novelty character ownership or an independent merchandise licence. The proposed product and actual production facility must be reviewed against the customer’s written permissions.
- Brief and permission: the customer supplies the relevant written manufacturing authorization, product and territory scope, validity dates and approved style guide.
- Production route: identify the contracting entity, production facility and any specialist supplier, and review the approvals required for each.
- Approval gates: agree artwork, materials, sample, packaging, testing plan and production-release approvals, including any approval costs and lead time.
- Release and records: production proceeds only after required approvals; retain the approved versions and written change instructions for the order.
Any historical project example or customer reference is shared only with permission and appropriate supporting records. A portfolio name, facility audit or laboratory logo is not a substitute for programme-specific authorization.
