Novelty develops selected hair accessories, enamel pins, keychains, lanyards and bag charms from an agreed construction or custom artwork. Materials, MOQ, attachment, packaging and the production route are confirmed per product. Samples from available references usually take 3–7 business days after the brief, specifications and materials are confirmed. New colour, finish or packaging work usually takes 7–15 business days. Tooling, new materials and revisions are quoted separately.

Hair accessories include clips and claw clips, satin, velvet or printed-fabric scrunchies, headbands, hair ties and coordinated sets. A buyer brief should identify the intended user, material and print direction, colour range, dimensions, closure or spring requirement, packaging and destination market.
We coordinate fabric or component sourcing, sample approval and retail carding or boxed presentation. Pull, edge, small-parts and material checks are added where the product and intended user require them.

For private-label programmes, the same approved colour and brand rules can run from product artwork through backing cards, hang tags, barcodes and master cartons. For licensed merchandise, production begins only after the licensee provides the written authorization, approved style guide and required approval process.
