01 / DESIGN & SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
Product design and sampling, from direction to approved reference.
- What we do
- We review the product brief, intended market, target price, materials, dimensions, color references, function, packaging and age grading where relevant. We translate the brief into a workable specification and coordinate sample development for beads, jewelry, accessories, craft kits and selected seasonal lines.
- Deliverables
- A written specification, material and color notes, sample photographs, a physical or digital approval reference, revision records and an open-issue list for decisions that affect cost, compliance or production.
- Typical cycle
- Brief review and the sample schedule are confirmed after the required information is available. Samples from available references usually take 3–7 business days after the brief, specifications and materials are confirmed. New colour, finish or packaging work usually takes 7–15 business days. Tooling, new materials and revisions are quoted separately.
- Client input
- Provide drawings or references, target market, forecast quantity, target cost, required dimensions, color standard, packaging direction and any test or labeling requirements.
02 / SOURCING & SUPPLY CHAIN
China sourcing built around the approved product.
- What we do
- We identify suitable sources for glass, crystal, acrylic, natural stone, wood, metal, fabric, packaging and other specified components. We compare availability, finish, lead time, minimum order constraints and substitution risk before a purchase decision.
- Deliverables
- A sourcing comparison, material samples or supplier references, a bill of materials, confirmed component assumptions, a lead-time view and a record of approved substitutions. Supplier and batch identity remain traceable through the order.
- Typical cycle
- The sourcing schedule depends on material availability, supplier minimums, colour development, tooling and the required test scope. Timing is confirmed for the approved specification.
- Client input
- Confirm the approved reference, restricted-substance expectations, destination countries, acceptable substitutions, forecast by color or SKU, and whether the client or Novelty will nominate a supplier.
03 / PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
Manufacturing and quality control against a controlled reference.
- What we do
- We coordinate production instructions, approved samples, material batches and inspection points from first article through final packing. Checks can cover dimensions, color, finish, construction, function, component count, labels, cartons and shipment quantities.
- Deliverables
- A production specification, first-article approval record, inspection reports with photographs, defect findings, corrective-action notes, packing verification and a shipment release record. Sampling quantities follow the order-confirmed inspection plan.
- Typical cycle
- For repeat items, bulk production is commonly 20–45 business days after sample and material approval. The confirmed schedule depends on quantity, assortment, handwork, tooling, packaging and inspection requirements.
- Client input
- Approve the reference sample, tolerances, defect classification, inspection plan, required test scope, carton or label artwork and the person authorized to release production.
04 / PRIVATE-LABEL PACKAGING
Private-label packaging for the buyer’s channel.
- What we do
- We coordinate private-label packaging for strands, jewelry, accessories and craft kits, including cards, header cards, paper boxes, pouches, blister or window formats where suitable, stickers, barcodes, care information and carton marks.
- Deliverables
- Packaging specification, artwork checklist, digital proof or pre-production sample, label and barcode placement record, pack-out instruction, carton marking plan and photographs of the approved packed unit.
- Typical cycle
- Artwork review and new packaging development are scheduled after the required files, specifications and materials are confirmed. New colour, finish or packaging work usually takes 7–15 business days; packaging production follows the order-specific bulk schedule.
- Client input
- Provide brand assets, dielines if available, legal copy, barcode data, language versions, pack dimensions, channel requirements, warning statements and the required master-carton configuration.
05 / LOGISTICS & DELIVERY
Export and logistics with documented shipment information.
- What we do
- We consolidate finished goods, verify SKU and carton quantities, prepare packing information and coordinate the agreed freight or nominated forwarder. We can support air or sea shipment planning and provide the records needed for the buyer’s receiving team.
- Deliverables
- Final packing list, carton marks, shipment photographs, commercial and shipping information as agreed, inspection release status and tracking or booking details available from the carrier or forwarder.
- Typical cycle
- Shipment preparation and transit time depend on approval status, destination, freight service and the actual booking. Confirm the preparation and delivery schedule for the order.
- Client input
- Confirm delivery address, Incoterm, nominated forwarder, required documents, carton limits, routing instructions, import data and the receiving contact before shipment release.
WORKING METHOD
Every stage ends with a record the next stage can use.
For a quotation or development review, send the product reference, target market, estimated quantity, packaging direction and required delivery date. We will identify the open decisions, propose the next checkpoint and confirm the information needed before sampling or production.
Discuss your project →PROJECT CONTROL
Keep commercial, technical and compliance decisions aligned.
At each handover, the working file records the approved revision, open questions, responsible decision maker and next checkpoint. This makes it easier for a purchasing team to compare a quotation with the sample, inspect the correct production version and confirm what was released for shipment.
